Designed for individual contributors, those without direct reports and thought leaders in an organization, Leading Your Career takes a strategic approach to career development.
Leading Your Career is an assessment-based development program. Participants are guided through a comprehensive process of increasing self-awareness, goal setting and action planning. Utilizing both 360-degree feedback from others in the workplace and personality-based assessment feedback, participants gain insight into their behaviors and the factors that impact job success.
Focused on front-line managers, supervisors and those with direct reports, Leading Others is an assessment-based management development process. Rather than focusing on a single theory of management, it addresses universal leadership principles as well as key management competencies which support the vision and strategy of the organization.
Utilizing both 360-degree feedback from other in the workplace and personality-based assessment feedback, participants gain insight into their leadership behaviors and the factors that impact leadership success. In addition, core people management skills are discussed and practiced.
