Growth Audit
The
launch point of the Peak Performance Growth Process is a Growth
Audit. The growth audit encompasses all seven-performance factors
and serves several purposes:
1) Learn the degree of alignment among the existing senior management
group.
2) Determine the current strengths and weaknesses as seen by senior
management.
3) Benchmark the existing situation.
4) Create buy-in to the growth process through involvement in the
growth audit.
Each member of the senior management team is asked to independently
complete an audit from their perspective. The results are compiled
and a feedback session is held with the senior management group
to review the results.
After thorough review and discussion, the next steps in the growth
process are prioritized and an implementation timeline is created.
Peak Performance Associates role varies as the process proceeds.
At times we are facilitator, guide, teacher or consultant. Our goal
is not to become a substitute member of the management team. Rather,
it is to build capability in the existing people; to create more
independent, capable leaders as opposed to a team dependent on an
outside consultant.
