multi-tasking, follow-through, detail orientation, etc.
• Relating – assertiveness, sociability, need to be
liked, insight, optimism, criticism tolerance, etc.
ASSESS also includes competency based reports for selection, development
and 360° through the Strategic Success
Modeling process.
